Groovy! I loved the whole theme, you brought forth some classic funk and made a very stereoscopic retro based short. I wished there would of been more animated variety to capture the magic of an era long gone but not forgotten. You had me going some doc with a fever, 70's fever that is dying to be cured! This was an awesome little flick that you've created here friend. Again if it had more variety in it you would of won my heart completely. I'm going to give you a 2/5. And a 2/5 in voting power. Thanks for getting my heart throbbing and bringing alot of classical feeling in a time that I wished I would of experienced atleast one time in my life. I hope you've enjoyed this review friend. Good day.

I did enjoy and remember the FUNK will never die!

Very well done! Although it was a tad bit short a well. Your art style is ruggedly rough yet surprisingly fluid. Audio was very good and lip synching within your animated piece was very well handled. Dead Space and its continuing sequels is a surprisingly great game series for it good method of scares. It would be considered frightening to those that have never ventured or never even got a footing into the horror genre. Sadly it barely frighten me, the only understandable fear that bellies any gamer is your understanding of your character's feeling and not wanting to watch them get maimed (or in punishing old video games start from a level that you worked so hard to getup to a certain goal). But I digress, that's me as a horror fanatic and a gamer for you! Nicely done on this first flash my friend! I'm going to bestow you a solid 3/5. And a 3/5 in voting power. Keep practicing creating and contributing on here friend. I hope you've enjoyed this review. Good day.

Drawesometoons responds:

That was a well done Review! Thank you for that!

Wonderful animation! Its very surreal to say the least. Animation style is respectfully mixed with some Photoshopped like methods and of course pure flash! Audio was on the soft side but limited to repetitious dialogue anyway (not in a bad way since its part of the build up of the plot). Synching with sound effects were quite nice. I'm going to bestow you a 3/5 and a 3/5 in voting power. You guys did very well on this short! Keep practicing, creating and contributing on here. I hope you've enjoyed this review. Good day.

InsulinpumpClock responds:

NEat-O. Very considerate and perseptive comments. I like them and that's saying a lot. Yes I did use photoshop. I tend to not strain myself on these and I enjoy myself more. And yeah. The dialogue is intentionally limited and repetitive for the joke's sake. My next flash is a Halloween cartoon though and it's not very restrained at all. I have not gone overboard on a cartoon in a long time and it's a real patience testing burn out! There is a lot more of everything in it. Thanks.

Nice animated short! It captures the mood of the game very well. Animation was surprisingly fluid. Although the audio is a bit on the soft side. You've captured some of the most memorable feelings of the game that makes it so well known and infamous. And to respond to your creator comments I can't blame you for needing to clean your undies since Slenderman can be a shocking, disturbing site and in all of places the creepy, dark foreboding woods (Blair Witch Project did that to me, its not the plot or the movie that was scary, it was the setting that creeped me the hell out some, which can you blame this primal fear of mine?). But all in all I really loved this short! I'm going to bestow you a 3/5 and a 3/5 in voting power. I hope you've enjoyed this review. Good day.

guitan11 responds:

i enjoyed the review indeed. the voting could have been better, but at least is not a 0 :3

and i agree with you man! the thing that creeps you out the most is not really slenderman, its your imagination! you think up the creepiest thing you can come up with and you feel it watching you. it plays with your mind D: thats cool, so i tried doing it too :D thanks for the review :D

Wow! Your the "Anti-Adventure Time". I really loved how you've stuck with the whole motif. In fact this was a bit like what "Mad" should of done on television, in a sense. I'm a big fan of Adventure Time and this would likely offend some of them but not I. Its a unique and actually well done parody of the show. Your art style captured some of the style BUT with over exaggerated flair. Audio was good including the mock soundtrack. I really did love the voice acting though since it brought that weird otherworldly feel to it. I'm going to bestow you gentleman a 3/5 and a 3/5 in voting power. I'm sticking this under my favorites and thanks for giving me some hearty laughs, I needed it! Keep practicing, creating and contributing on here. I hope you've enjoyed this review friends. Good day.

Don't get me wrong. I love Adventure Time.

DEAR GOD! I loved this! I've always enjoyed WWII history, this captures the fictional aspects of Gandhi and Hitler locking horns when in reality they spoke via by hand written messages. Hitler and Gandhi's ideologies conflicted within the air. However what we're presented with Hitler destroys Altona as Gandhi retaliates with Dhalism like abilities (possibly a "Yoga Flame") against Hamburg and literally obliterating it in hellish flames. I can actually visualize a small comedic mockery series. It will be like WWII cartoons all over again but without actually using stereotyping and such. Stle of this animation is simple yet detailed in minor details. Audio was good includig mino voice acting for Hitler (Nein!, Nein!, Nein!, Nein!) and Gandhi! The loop surprisingly fits well with the whole eternal conflict motif but can get a bit over done. I'm going to bestow you a 3 in a half out of 5. And a 4/5 in voting power. I really loved this though, you've done well friend. I wonder, will you make in due time more WWII based scenarios? Just for the sake of comedy and to tickle historical fancies? Anywho, again great job! I hope you've enjoyed this review. Good day.

Eddie-John responds:

Probably not going to make a few more like this, especially considering I don't like animating "anime" style. The idea of a mock WW1/2 series is good though. Thanks for the kind words.

That's very cute. The style used is simple. Audio was decent and for the first time in a anything that I've ever reviewed, this work was vey lucid and pure fun! Everything on here has always been made for recognition and yet this for some reason speaks to me in a different tone. This feels more made for fun than really anything else (I'm hoping I'm predicting this correctly). But the most important thing you did was you brought a heart warming smile on my face! This was simple, short and cute and shouldn't really need to be taken quite seriously like other shorts that have past judgment here. I'm proud to say that I really loved this! And for a quick note, nice "comforting" Rarity poster (that should give some "Bronies" their nightmare fuel)! But again this is a nice little work from you guys, I really enjoyed this simple nature behind it. It screams, Go have fun and enjoy the simplicities of life. I'm going to bestow you a 2 in a half out of 5. And a 3/5 in voting power. Keep doing what you know best and just craft for thrills and laughs. However its never too late to take a more serious, subtle route either. But again, thanks for bringing me some simple laughs and smile friends. I hope you've enjoyed this review. Good day.

mecagir responds:

Thanks for the review! And you're right I did just make this for the fun of it. Glad to provide the smiles! Also I am, in a sense, working on more serious things too. Not in the subject matter, I love comedy, but I do have various on going series' that I work on. I'm even wrapping up a cliff hanger! And that concludes my shameless self promotion. Thanks again for the review glad you enjoyed it!

This literally cracked me up! You have an interesting art style and not only that but very goofy, colorful voice acting to bring your characters out to life! I especially love the choice of audio you've used. Sound effect that I recognized was from Super Kirby All Stars when the protagonist pulled a drumstick?. And there was various soundtracks used from television mostly. I know the theme used from Cartoon Network's What a Cartoon Show, The underground level theme from the Super Mario Super Show and Pokemon battle theme along with Final Fantasy victory theme. I really loved this short, again it was very comedic! I'm going to bestow you a solid 4/5. And a 4/5 in voting power. I hope you've enjoyed this review friend. Good day.

darthdoom responds:

you sir made my day. comments like that encorages me keeping doing this kind of art :D thanks

This was pretty good! I haven't witnessed any stickfigure animation presented in this format much before. It had an interesting action/horror theme to it. Your use of your special software unveiled unique perspectives that have barely been shown too much in flash animation from what I've been observing. Audio was very nice along with some decent synching. I reiterate, This was a very intriguing flash that I have witnessed yet! Great job my friend! I'm going to bestow you a 2 in a half out of 5. And a 3/5 in voting power. Keep practicing, creating and contributing on here. I hope you've enjoyed this review. Good day.

m103904 responds:

thanks it was made with pivot 3.0 and paint been working on it for a while glad you like it.

Not bad! There's only minor little problems such as The sprites being a bit too close and the audio was a bit soft. But this is as you've mentioned a preview on whats to come and you first entry too! I'm going to bestow you a 1 in a half out of 5. And a 2/5 in voting power. Ihope you've enjoyed this review and keep up the good work buddy. Good day.

N3LucioleM3ch responds:

I would change the audio but it's taken straight from the game, so if i made the voice louder it would make the music louder.

I'm a loyal observing individual who's been sitting behind the computer screen watching all of the great rise of Newgrounds legendary history unfold before my very eyes now I want to be heard outloud.
