Its been awhile since I've observed your works! I missed your dark take and flair on here friend! Your style in this skit was a bit stiff for Michael Myer's part yet this is Michael Myers we're talking about, right (He always seemed stiff and menacing with Jason Vorhees flair)? I loved the old timely theme to this short since I almost expected Charlie Chaplin to pop out somewhere. The two star duo Jason And Michael have secret nostalgic nod to Laurel and Hardy, quite literally actually! Audio was simple with sound effects to the flick since I'm guessing it a block or something to get that special effect in there? But each bump from the killer couch left death and twisted, piled up gore left in its quake. ..Although the facehugger trick was a tiny bit unexpected, but any idiot that thinks they've won a little something in a horror short is obviously going to get it (and in most cases deserved it!). I'm going to bestow you a 2 in a half out of 5. And a 3/5 in voting power. I really did miss your comedic flair here and needed a good laugh and some real competition to grade on! Stay creative my good friend! Good day.

I'll get you on the next Project buddy. I was trying something a little different on this one. I just thought it would be interesting to see these two silent killers in a silent film. there's definitely room for improvement but I just wanted to have a Halloween themed cartoon out for October. thanks again :)

This was a tad bit short but it gave me the giggles some! Your style is very nice and not only that but the audio was a bit decent as well. Apparently christhestick2 got completely owned in this short! Again the only problem I noticed in this short compared to the previous one is the duration of it and I reiterate it was very short. But I digress, I'm going to bestow you a 2 in a half out of 5. And a 3/5 in voting power. I hope you've enjoyed this review. Good day.

Alphaman responds:

Thanks. Sorry it's short though.

That was quite funny friend! Style was quite detailed to a certain degree. Audio was very good. Lip synching was very good. It was a quick laugh to say the least, since this is of course a parody to the upcoming DmC game. I found it quite humorous that this mock version of Dante had the audacity and the bravado to stand in front of a ghastly beast like that and keep repetitively saying, "F#%@ You!" until of course at the last minute before he can get and other F.U out he gets crushed into a bloody mashed pile of gore! The duration for this was a bit short, yet you've managed to get your humor across for a brief minute atleast (I had mild chuckles on this short). I'm going to bestow you a 2 in a half out of 5. And a 2/5 in voting power. I hope you've enjoyed this review friend. Good day.

I usually judge submissions by the content rather than the length.

That was cute and traditional! There were a few minor scrapes and bruises in this but its nothing too virtually bad. I noticed during the opening credits that they would be a little far too the left mostly near the side of the screen. Also I'm not certain but during the baseball part of the story it appeared that the ball was still in the same position as the tale progressed kind of bringing minor consistency to the scene. The audio was a tad bit soft yet the dialogue straight from the book was all witty and cute. Your emphasis as "The Narrator" was quite nice. All in all though I loved the concept, you rarely see such technique or methods like that used since either it comes out completely wrong the individuals that undergo them just don't have the time or patience to get it up right before their intended deadlines. I'm going to bestow you a 2 in a half out of 5. And a 3/5 i voting power. I really did enjoy it, I reiterate from earlier you just don't see such classic methods used around much anymore. Hopefully you can create more tales? Or perhaps continue or experiment on this concept? Eitherway, I honestly think you do well! I hope you've enjoyed this review friend. Good day.

Wow thank you so much for taking the time to tell me what you thought! I'm really glad you liked it :) I've really liked this book for a long time and I've always wanted to do an animation like this. It was actually for a school project that I put off until the last minute. Had I had more time the quality would have been better. I'm glad you liked my narration though =D

And yeah, I did totally mess up that part with the baseball lol, plus the kite part was reaaally bad

Thanks again for your review! :)

This was random yet a bit cute. There's some minor scruffs and bruises in this entry. Some of the humor was a bit bland yet the idea was what made it a bit comedic in some of its right. Audio was decent. Lip synching was a hair off from time to time. Art style was very plain and simplistic. Above all, this was just made for mostly stupid laughs and giggles. I know I had a semi-fun time with this! I'm going to give you a 1 in a half out of 5. And a 2/5 in voting power. I hope you've enjoyed this review. Good day.

Ellett responds:

I am still new at flash, unfortunately I am not an artist sir.

That was cute and very descriptive creator comment friend. And this is your first foray into the field of animation? You've done well to me. The style is bland an simplistic in design yet you've threw in a few metamorphic moments into it (as you've described the reason for the blob's metamorphises). This version I'm reviewing lacks audio, but audio or not its virtually the same. A nice little short to show your fundamental understanding of flash animation. I reiterate you've done quite well friend and should be proud! I'm going to bestow you a 2 in a half out of 5. And a 2/5 in voting power. I hope you've enjoyed this review and keep practicing and creating on here. Your doing real good! I hope you've enjoyed this review. Good day.

MrGingee responds:

Thank you, I was actually starting to get slightly annoyed that nobody was giving me criticism which is obviously vital from a creative standpoint. With the insight you have gifted me with, I will continue to create animations, but only when i buy a graphics tablet which should be soon. I should probably also learn how to add a loading screen with a start button. But with time comes greatness.

Thanks once again.

That was cute and hilarious! Animation was bland and simplistic yet it was nicely detailed to good degrees. Audio was nice, especially your narration and voice acting. I can envision a series like this from you. Perhaps of other well known tales comically turned upside down with decent witty humor! I really admired this. I'm going to bestow you a 3/5 and a 3/5 in voting power. I also have to give a final note that in a couple of sentences in your dialogues you reminded me of Peter Griffin, but that's just me. Keep practicing, creating and contributing on here. I hope you've enjoyed this review. Good day.

NekoStar responds:

I appreciate it, but I didn't do the voices at all, this is all from Toby Turner or 'Tobuscus' from youtube. Thanks so much for the vote!

This was cute but a tiny bit excessive in certain points. I loved your wild, sensible imaginations here. Your use of anime facial expressions, art styles and such are really well displayed here. Audio was on the very soft side, I couldn't barely hear what was going on. Not only that but I noticed from time to time that the lip synching can be a hair off once in awhile. But in all in good terms it was adorable to say the least, you and your friends just having a good rounded time and just having fun. I'm going to bestow you a 1 in a half out of 5. And a 2/5 in voting power. Hopefully minor improvements can be made, I really liked this short. Its simple yet when you tear away the designs and all the layered themes within it. In the very end its a fun little short about having friends and a good time. I hope you've enjoyed this review friends. Good day.

NekoStar responds:

Thanks! And yeah, we don't have like a 'studio mic' or anything. We recorded this with a 'headset mic' in the middle of the room, so I did my best increasing the audio digitally. :/ Thanks for the vote! As I said to the previous comment, this was never really intended for front page or to win any awards. Was just something silly I felt like sharing. I'm glad you enjoyed it, and I hope you watch parts 2 and 3 when they're released! ^^

That was hilarious and cute! Even Slender Man can have a "benevolent" side. Also you rough one out of many things to life via adding certain portions to Slendy's face (his mouth). I was hoping one day to do that in an actual horror themed flick if I ever take up movie making (Nothing looks too bland and simple in my mind so "anything" can happen in horror). But I really loved this, it was comedic and from what I've read in your creator comments the ending was well improvised. I'm going to bestow you a 3/5. And a 3/5 in voting power. I hope you've enjoyed this review. Good day.

sweetcommando responds:

thank you for your carefully thought out review

This is a cute series. A Newgrounds version of "Panty and Stocking with Garterbelt". Animation style was plain yet adorably made. Audio was very good and the voice acting was also nifty and nice. I recalled the last time I reviewed a creation from you called "The Greatest Song Ever". I knew as soon as I saw your bumper that you must of been familiar. I really love your works, they have minor adult humor but also doesn't go overboard with it and you even add a bit of cuteness to it! I really admire your works. I hope if things pick up for you that you can turn this into a series. I'm going to bestow you a 2 in a half out of 5. And a 3/5 in voting power. I'' going to add you to my list of favorite creators, I reiterate I really love your works! I hope you've enjoyed this review my friend. Good day.

Flaxington responds:

I did enjoy this review. Thank you. You should follow me on Deviantart too if you want. I upload more things there than I do here.

I'm a loyal observing individual who's been sitting behind the computer screen watching all of the great rise of Newgrounds legendary history unfold before my very eyes now I want to be heard outloud.
