That was fantastic! You've done well on this short. The style of this animation is close in par to Krinkels actual work and designs on his beloved Madness series. Audio was fair where it a bit light but also heavy in sound. The quality for the view format of this flash short is a bit "small" yet I understand that it probably couldn't be helped, huh? Other then that though everything else is perfect! I also enjoyed where you borrowed the plot from Resident Evil (One out of many of my personal favorite game series). I'm going to bestow you a solid 4/5 and a 4/5 in voting power. You've done an amazing job here today friend. Keep practicing, creating and contributing here. I hope you've enjoyed this review as I have enjoyed your animated short. Again great job and have a delightful Madness Day to you friend! Good day.

thanks!!!

Well.....I can agree with you that its definitely not "animation" however I don't see it too bad in a sense. Frankly, Its Madness Day! Your enjoying yourself and so is every other Newgrounder on this site as I speak. The animation was very dry and bland. Audio was good too. The duration was way too short. Yet there is one thing that you did. You made me smile. You pulled one of the oldest jokes that still rings and is reflected from you in your work. The obvious talked about joke is "Chuck Norris is so tough" or "Chuck Norris is so strong". Basically my mind said, "Chuck Norris is so strong that even when he barely taps or knocks on a door he leaves it in complete decimation!" It made me chuckle some inside honestly. I'm going to bestow you a 2/5 and a 2/5 in voting power. Keep practicing, creating and contributing here. I hope you've enjoyed this review. And no matter what is said by others on here, I for one enjoyed it some and in respect see that your having fun. Speaking of which, Have a fun filled, Spectacular Madness Day friend! Good day.

lol dude thanks for the review but you took it way to seriously,I just saw it was madness day so I did this thing really fast for fun.I already tried to become an animator but sadly I failed and decided to give up on that idea.

That was pretty good friend! The animation stye was a bit bland yet you've manged to animate a unique scenario. Classic rivalry! Audio was in good form especially to build the tempo up to the big finale. The duration was a bit short yet I can tell its one of your first early works so it takes time and patience to create something, even like this. You've done a good job here friend! I'm going to bestow you a 2 in a half out of 5 and a 2/5. Keep practicing and creating and distributing here. Again, just as I previously mentioned. You've done a great job and should feel proud on your accomplishment. Other may not see it as I do but unlike others that just don't get the big picture, I can see potential in many people and guess what? Your one of them! Never let anybody say different or otherwise. I have complete faith in you. I hope you've enjoyed this review. Good day.

JakesTime responds:

Thank you for seeing the work I put into this. I am working on an animation thats a bit longer, about a minute or so.

That was awesome! People will complain about the length and duration of this short, even I found it a tad too short but frankly just like all fellow artisans should do you sir have done and excellent choice here. I found the Style and Audio flawless honestly since you've synched the sound effects and the action well like true Krinkels fans know. I think you have the skill and the capabilities to pull off a perfect Madness montage to me. It will take time, planning, perseverance and above all patience to accomplish such a task and again I think you can do it! I want to give you a fair score my friend because for starters you did an wonderful job in my book and secondly its Madness Day! I can't help but support Madness based montages since it supposed to be a day to rejoice and celebrate Krinkels hard, creative works and above all to have fun as fans and have a merry old time! I'm going to give you a 3/5 and a 3/5 in voting power. Keep practicing, creating and contributing here. I hope you've enjoyed this review and have a wonderful Madness Day friend! Good day.

This was wonderful! This was the most perfect tribute so far to me. It consists all the main elements from the Madness series and blended in in great record time. The style was new, unique and a bit crude to give it that grimy appeal that the Madness series are well known for. Audio was spectacular! There were so many things to love about his animated short it made me well up with tears inside with fan loving glee. You've even included one of my favorite nods and endings when the series was first began by Krinkels and that was the infamous, legendary boombox (Hank rocked out with this thing in his very first parlay against many combatants helping set the scene on what observers were going to get themselves into which is to say history in the making)! In the end it left me with a big smile and a warm heart to know that Madness still lives on in many people's hearts. I'm going to bestow upon you a 4 in a half out of 5. And a 4/5 in voting power. Keep practicing, creating and contributing here. I hope you've enjoyed this review. Again you were phenomenal here today amongst many other celebrating a beloved series from the creative mind of Krinkels. I thank you and hope you have a wonderful Madness Day! Good day.

Intrapath responds:

Thank you so mch for the detailed review! It warmed my heart to read all that. :3 It's really nice to hear it especially since the "perfect tribute" was EXACTLY what I was hoping it would end up being. I wanted it to be a nice blend of old Madness, new Madness, and a little original flavor too. The character designs were a major part of this, since I wanted to redesign each one so it would feel new but people would still recognize them right away. Again, thank you so much for your detailed review. It really motivates me to keep doing the very best I can. :)

That was fantastic! True, It was short in duration but it left a sweet die in this very cool tribute to the Madness series. Your animation style was well played and a bit symmetric with the character's designs. Audio was also very well done. The excitement and the energy projected through this short was phenomenal in its own right. I'm going to bestow you a 4/5 and a 4/5 in voting power. I hope you keep practicing, creating and contributing here. I hope you've enjoyed this review and I wish you and many others here a Happy Madness Day! Good day.

This was great! The animation style was good and randomly unique (Like the zombie, Jesus, Giant thing!?). Audio was excellent in tone. This is a nice piece and a second entry for Madness to boot, eh? Its a unique concept to see a prequel of some later well known characters and to give backstory to aforementioned characters. The ending left me a tiny bit confused in a "twist" like manner with a hint of a cliffhanger thrown in for good measure. You've done a great job here friend! I'm going to bestow you a 3/5 and a 3/5 in voting power. I hope you keep practicing, creating and contributing here. I also hope you've enjoyed this review. Stay creative my friend and have a wonderful Madness Day to you! Good day.

That was fun yet sadly short lived. That was wonderful animation, It brought a sense of the grueling actin that Hank has to undergo in the official series. This was a nice first attempt from you. The results are very nice. The style is bland yet quite physical (that's your attempt in full body animation at work) and dynamic! Audio was also in top form and made it feel very combative and reinforced in a very serious tone. When I observed this flash it felt like two perfect blends of my personal (out of many) favorite series were thrown in in great measure. Those were Metal Gear Solid and a dash of Matrix to add up the physical elements of this short. Again as previously mentioned I was a bit sad on the duration since I was getting into how well and dynamic you've made this. But regardless you've done a spectacular job in my book! I'm going to bestow you solid 3/5 and a 3/5 in voting power. You've done a wonderful job here today amongst many fellow artisans and their contributed works on Madness Day shorts. Keep practicing, creating and contributing here. I hope you've enjoyed this review. Have a Happy Madness Day friend! Good day.

RebellionFA responds:

Thanks for the review.Yes,I will continue practicing and made a continuation of this next year or so.I'll surely make it longer next time.

That was down right adorable and hilarious! The style was bland yet so very VERY expressive! One of my favorite stills and moments is when Tricky tried with all his might (until in classic, executed, originally predictable humor) to cut that piece of rope with a suspending safe dangling above Hank. It snaps and for a brief expressional moment we see Tricky's "cartoon" eyes. I literally gasped and laughed! The rag time theme even further added the nostalgic euphoria of a past long gone (though not yet dead) in animation. You've brought a big smile on my face. Almost as big as Tricky's (That guy can REALLY smile)! I'm going to give you a 4/5 and a 4/5 in voting power. You've done a great job amongst many others here on celebrating a series that still stand defiantly on its own two feet to this day! I hope you keep practicing, creating and contributing on here. I hope you've enjoyed this review and have a Happy Madness Day to you! Good day.

DrJuiceMan responds:

Thanks for feedback man!

Awesome! I love when Madness Day comes every year. You usually have the mix of the extremely awesome and those that are still quite good not matter what (as a code, there is no such thing as a bad Madness entry unless you make it so but still get good, fair, decent marks from me). This was a great entry. The animation was fluid but also has that tiny minor lag in the character's movements by a small fraction of a second which is really nothing. Audio was in great, top notch, blood roaring form! The pot was very cute and original, you literally had me hanging on the edge of my mind as this story progressed. The ending was my favorite part of the whole thing as our protagonist meets his literal creator (Good ol' Kringles) who bestows his warriors bloodlust with what else? An autograph for him (lucky)! For bringing me a big solid grin and some hearty laughter I'm going to give you a 3 in a half out of 5. And a 4/5 in voting power. You've done a tremendous job as an animator here friend and should be proud of the many that are sweeping this day of Madness! I hope you keep practicing, creating and contributing on this site. I hope you've enjoyed this review. Continue creating and have a wonderful Madness Day! Good day.
